Medulin municipality is a coastal municipality located south of the Istrian peninsula, with an area of 29.35 km2, with about 6,500 inhabitants in eight settlements situated mainly along the coast.
We offer a modern villa built in 2015 in the settlement of Pomer, in the second row to the sea, only 200 m away from the first beaches. The villa is located on land with a total area of 401 m2 with a living space of 180 m2.
The designed parking lot, covered with high-quality paving stones, will greet you as you enter the yard. It leads to an 11-m2 storage area. In addition, a 4x7 m2 swimming pool, a sunbathing area, and associated amenities, such as an outdoor shower, are located on the southwest side.
The sunbathing area and the pool both have an open panoramic sea view. The pool and the other amenities are lighted by sunlight all day, allowing for a pleasant sunbathing experience, given the optimum orientation. A jacuzzi may be placed next to the pool, providing a panoramic view unrestricted by trees. A covered area with a dining table is also available on the property.
The home was designed as one living unit split between two above-ground levels. An entry hall/hallway, a vast "open space" portion that comprises a living room, kitchen, and dining area, welcomes us when we enter the home.
A glass wall that permits natural light throughout the day allows communication with the pool and the exterior content. A huge bathroom with a toilet and a tiny pantry/storage area may also be found on the ground floor.
There's another bathroom with a toilet and three large bedrooms on the top level. Two have access to an outdoor covered terrace that provides a spectacular unobstructed panoramic view of Medulin Bay.
